RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the goods, you have a full right of cancellation for 14 days after you have received your parcel. If you want to exchange items for another size, simply send them back and let us know the new size you want. You should report the problem to e-mail: info@pinkshop.ee. Be sure to write the invoice number and customer name.  If items are returned, the balance will be refunded within 1 working days. We will return only the value of the goods, the postage is not refundable. NB! The item must be in original condition when returning to us. Please add the invoice!
